By booking with Sand Beige, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation

   • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment.
   • Valid ID proof (Aadhar card, Driving License, or Passport) for all guests is mandatory. PAN cards are not accepted.

2. Payment Policy

   • An advance payment is required to secure the booking.
   • The remaining balance must be paid three days before check-in.

3. Cancellation Policy

   • Bookings are non-refundable.
   • Guests may request date changes with at least two weeks’ notice, subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

   • Guests must ensure the responsible use of property and amenities.
   • Lanterns and similar items are prohibited for safety reasons.

5. Liability

   • Sand Beige is not responsible for any personal injuries, theft, or damage during your stay.

6. Amendments

   • These terms may be updated periodically. Guests are encouraged to review them before booking.

We take reasonable precautions to secure your data. However, no online or offline system is completely secure, and we encourage responsible sharing of personal information.
